Designed to slip over the collar. Double sided for twice the fun. Red Plaid with white snowflakes on one side and red winter mittens on the other.

-small: 7" wide , 6 1/2" high, 1 1/2" collar opening
-medium: 9" wide, 8" high, 2" collar opening
